Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

Founder Blueprint, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operates FounderDashboard.com and the associated dashboard and analytics application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, password, and billing information.
  • Communications: information you send us via email, support chat, or forms.
  • Content you create: reports, dashboards, saved views, and other content you configure within the Service.

1.2 Information from Third-Party Integrations

The Service is built around connecting your business tools so we can generate reports and dashboards for you. When you authorize an Integration, we access and import data from that platform's API, which may include:

  • QuickBooks Online: financial data such as invoices, expenses, revenue, accounts receivable/payable, and other accounting records.
  • Stripe: payment and transaction data, subscription and billing metrics, customer counts, and related financial data.
  • Slack: workspace information and data needed to deliver notifications, reports, or dashboard summaries you configure to be sent to Slack channels.
  • Salesforce: CRM data such as leads, opportunities, pipeline data, and account records.

We only request the scope of access from these platforms necessary to provide the features you use, and we access this data pursuant to the authorization you grant through each platform's own OAuth or API authorization flow.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, dashboards created, timestamps, and similar analytics.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 7.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating the reports, charts, and dashboards you request;
  • Sync and refresh data from your connected Integrations;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use the financial or business data pulled from your Integrations (e.g., your QuickBooks or Stripe data) to train third-party AI models or to sell to data brokers.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or your Customer Data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support tooling, and analytics providers, under contractual obligations to protect your information.

3.2 Integration Platforms. When you use an Integration, information flows between the Service and the connected platform (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Slack, Salesforce) as necessary to provide the feature. Each platform's own privacy policy governs its handling of your data on its side.

3.3 Your Instructions. We share reports, dashboards, or data with third parties (such as investors or team members) only at your direction — for example, when you share a dashboard link or export a report.

3.4 Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.5 Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view Customer Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

6.1 Access and Correction. You can access and update most of your account information directly within the Service.

6.2 Disconnecting Integrations. You may revoke our access to a connected Integration at any time, either within the Service or through the third-party platform's own settings. This may limit certain features.

6.3 Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You will still receive transactional or account-related communications.

6.4 Data Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below, subject to legal retention requirements.

6.5 Regional Privacy Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., under the EU/UK GDPR) or to opt out of certain uses (e.g., under U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.
